Dovy B. Hanoto leads the Employment practice and co-heads the Dispute and Corporate practices in PSHP Law. He has extensive experience advising both domestic and offshore entities operating in the aviation, financial services and manufacturing sectors. His dispute practice extends across an array of procedures, representing clients in civil and criminal disputes before courts and agencies in Indonesia. Dovy is known to be comprehensive and combines his extensive legal knowledge and experience with, not only the needs of the client, but also relevant business environment and trends.
Avinash A. Panjabi leads the Corporate practice in PSHP Law and has significant experience advising offshore and onshore investors and lenders on some of the largest and most sophisticated national and cross border mergers & acquisitions, project development, financing and foreign investment transactions in Indonesia.
